A. Google User Data (Data Accessed & Data Usage)
To facilitate access for all users, the App may require you to sign in via your Google work account. Accessing Google user data is optional for the App, though we require it for our employees; it is not required for users outside of our company.
- Data Accessed: We specifically access your Google work account email address.
- Data Usage: This email address is used strictly for authentication and signing into the application.
We do not collect, use, or store the name associated with your Google account; the name is struck from the data during the sign-in process.
B. Device Permissions and Data
The App may access certain features or data on your device solely for its intended functionality. This includes:
- Camera: Accessed exclusively for scanning purposes.
- Storage: Accessed exclusively for saving app-specific files locally on your device.
- Location Data: The App may also access location data for certain users.
C. Information We Collect Automatically (Log Data)
Whenever you use the App, in the case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information is used for debugging and improving the App’s
performance and stability, as well as for security purposes.

- Data Storage: The Personal Data we collect from you is stored securely on servers hosted by Google Cloud (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and AWS
(https://aws.amazon.com/privacy), and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We retain this data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. - Security: Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. The App does not use cookies directly. However, the App may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. The App is intended for commercial and employment-related use and is not directed towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 17 in a general consumer capacity.
